Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products.
This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
 

What are my shipping delivery options?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on every order - no restrictions, no codes, no fuss!
Free shipping will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping for orders where the total value is under £20. 
If the total order value is greater than £20, Royal Mail Tracked 48 will be used.

Where possible, we use Royal Mail Large Letter size packaging boxes, which are designed to fit most letterboxes.
Some larger orders or larger products may unfortunately not fit into a Large Letter sized box - this is at our discretion.

Do you deliver internationally?
We are based in the UK, and we do not offer international shipping.

Are there other shipping restrictions?
Orders are only shipped on business days - Mon-Fri.

What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery,

What happens if I place a pre-order?
If an item is out of stock, you may place a pre-order. Pre-ordered items usually take around 2 weeks to arrive with us, then the usual 2 days turnaround time to be sent out to you. 
If the pre-ordered item is out of stock with our supplier, we will let you know via email and will process a refund for that part of your order.
If only one part of your order is on pre-order, we will send your whole order together when the pre-ordered item arrives with us.
